Job Vacancy: Business Analyst for 2GW Offshore Grid Program
Company Overview
Europe’s energy transition is among the greatest challenges of our time. The goal: To make Europe the first climate-neutral continent by 2050. The Netherlands and Germany have set ambitious goals to expand offshore wind energy. By 2030, they aim to reach a capacity of 30 and 22.2 Gigawatts, respectively. Energy from offshore wind farms in the North Sea will play a crucial role in this transition. TenneT guarantees that this energy will reach the mainland in the most environmentally friendly way possible. To achieve this, we have developed the 2GW program with a unique transnational approach, increasing the pace and efficiency of the energy transition.
About the Unit Large Projects Offshore NL (LON)
Based on the Energy agreement, a roll-out strategy is being prepared for the medium term, including the IJmuiden Ver (DC) projects. This results in a commitment for TenneT to realise at least 2x (with potential up to 5) 2GW HVDC Grid Connection Systems which bring the power from offshore wind-farms in the North sea to the Dutch electricity grid to be commissioned between 2028 – 2030.
About the 2GW Program
Between 2028 and 2031, TenneT will realize the following 525 kV bipolar connections of high-voltage direct current (HVDC) with a capacity of 2 GW each in designated wind areas in the Dutch and German North Sea. Role Overview
TenneT is delivering the 2GW offshore grid program, connecting large-scale offshore wind farms in the North Sea to the onshore high-voltage grid. To manage all engineering and construction activities, TenneT uses Thinkproject as the Common Data Environment (CDE), ensuring all stakeholders work with consistent, traceable and up-to-date project information.
We’re looking for a sharp, self-driven Business Analyst to support the implementation, rollout, and transition of Thinkproject within the 2GW program. This role is focused on stabilizing usage, implementing already-defined improvements, supporting users, and preparing for migration. You will work closely with stakeholders across 12 live project environments, document managers, engineering teams, and the Product Owner.
Key Responsibilities
Implementation of existing requirements:
Execute and support the rollout of already collected improvement requests and functional adjustments for Thinkproject within the 2GW project portfolio;
Align priorities with the Product Owner and user groups to ensure stable day-to-day use of the platform;
Migration preparation and execution:
Support the planning and coordination of data and process migration activities toward the future platform;
Prepare migration scripts, checklists, execution plans, and testing protocols;
Guide or perform functional and technical migration testing;
Recent hands-on migration experience is essential.
De Eisen
Experience with migration required;
Experience in document management within infrastructure or capital project environments is a strong plus;
Professional proficiency in both Dutch and English;
Experience with Jira and Confluence;
Knowledge of Thinkproject or similar CDE platforms (excluding SharePoint-only experience) is a pre;
Structured, independent worker with excellent stakeholder engagement skills;
Able to operate across multiple simultaneous project environments with minimal supervision;
Comfortable working in a dynamic, operational environment where priorities can shift.You have a bachelor's degree with at least 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar position with experience with complex, infrastructural projects within organitions comparable with TenneT (client side) or for example within a contractor;Experience with migration required;Experience in document management within infrastructure or capital project environments is a strong plus;Professional proficiency in both Dutch and English;Experience with Jira and Confluence;Knowledge of Thinkproject or similar CDE platforms (excluding SharePoint-only experience) is a pre;Structured, independent worker with excellent stakeholder engagement skills;Able to operate across multiple simultaneous project environments with minimal supervision;Comfortable working in a dynamic, operational environment where priorities can shift.

- We werken samen een offerte uit waarin we toelichten waarom jouw profiel aansluit op de gestelde eisen en wensen.
- We verzamelen de benodigde stukken indien gevraagd zoals referenties, diploma's, motivatiebrief, VOG etc...
- Op basis van data bepalen we een kansrijk uurtarief voor de offerte. Jij hebt zelf natuurlijk het laatste woord in het biedingstarief.

Als je aan slag gaat via Bij Oranje hanteren we de
volgende voorwaarden:
- We vragen 10% marge over je uurtarief voor de duur van de opdracht.
- Altijd snel je geld: Zodra de opdrachtgever betaalt, staat het bedrag binnen één werkdag op je rekening.
- Als jij je opdracht goed doet en daardoor bij de dezelfde opdrachtgever een nieuwe opdracht mag doen dan ben je daar volledig vrij in! We hanteren geen concurrentie-/ relatiebeding.
Wij houden van eerlijk en transparant zaken doen.
Als je aan de slag gaat via Bij Oranje Detachering dan
hanteren we de volgende voorwaarden:
- We vullen samen een loonheffingsverklaring in en tekenen een overeenkomst van opdracht.
- We rekenen 15% marge van je uurtarief voor de duur van de opdracht. Het resterende bedrag verlonen we volledig als brutoloon.
- Zodra de opdrachtgever betaalt, staat jouw netto betaling binnen één werkdag op je rekening.
- Als jij je opdracht goed doet en daardoor bij dezelfde opdrachtgever een nieuwe opdracht mag doen dan ben je daar volledig vrij in! We hanteren geen concurrentie-/relatiebeding.
