Supports business opportunity/project/construction management by creating and updating (level-1) schedules for a portfolio of 80-100 projects, reflecting all phases of the project. This to provide adequate schedule forecast information. Job Tasks: Set up new projects in Primavera based on Project Initiation Notes (PIN) Define initial project schedule, including base line, in close consultation with Project Manager (PM) and Business Opportunity Manager (BOM) Apply schedule logics based on Shell Project Quality Standards Review detailed schedules (Level 3-4) prepared by Engineering Contractor (EC) and Construction Contractor Identify schedule risks and have these communicated to PM/BOM to enable for timely action Provide project progress reports on a monthly basis Deliver schedule input for monthly Business Opportunity Team (BOT) meetings Facilitate and participate in Integrated Planning Sessions Provide adequate schedule information as input for Decision Gates (PAR-2/3/4, FID) Dimension
