Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.***** For one of our Dynamics 365 initiatives, we are looking for an external Senior Technical Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer with strong experience in Dynamics 365 Sales and Project Operations. This role will primarily support the Dutch business unit, with the assignment running until the end of this year. Role description As a Senior Dynamics 365 Developer, you are responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high‑quality technical solutions within the Dynamics 365 platform. You combine deep technical expertise with a solid understanding of business processes in Sales and Project Operations, ensuring solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with enterprise standards. You will work closely with product owners, architects, and business stakeholders in an agile environment and you will need both functional as technical expertise for this project. The team exists of 3 to 4 other persons. Key responsibilities Mapping functional requirement to technical solutions within D365 Developing functional and technical solutions within Dynamics 365 Sales and Project Operations Implementing customizations using: C# and .NET JavaScript and client‑side scripting Plugins, custom workflows, and extensions Developing and maintaining integrations between Dynamics 365 and other enterprise systems like SAP. Supporting configuration and extensions related to: Sales processes (leads, opportunities, accounts, quotes) Project Operations (project lifecycle, resource management and costing) Ensuring performance, security, and maintainability of custom solutions Supporting deployments, releases, and technical troubleshooting Collaborating with functional consultants and solution designers to translate requirements into technical designs Working according to agile and DevOps ways of working Creating and maintaining documentation of the area Proactively identifying technical improvements and contributing to solution optimization

7+ years of experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 developer
Strong hands‑on experience with Dynamics 365 Sales
Proven experience with Dynamics 365 Project Operations
Solid technical skills in C#, .NET, and JavaScript
Experience with Dynamics 365 APIs, plugins, and integration patterns
Experience working with Azure services and Power Platform is a strong plus
Experience working in agile development teams
Strong problem‑solving skills and a proactive, quality‑driven mindset
Ability to work independently in an external consultant role
Fluency in English (spoken and written)
