Opdrachtomschrijving Saxion offers a unique programme in cooperation with the University of Greenwich: the Executive Master of Business Administration. The EMBA-programme offers a deep dive into the world of business administration and prepares managers for organisation-wide leadership and decision-making. The programme approaches leadership development thematically. Personal development and coaching is a key theme to help you understand your value in the market and to develop plans to optimise your potential. Upon graduation the student will obtain an internationally recognised British degree. By means of this programme, we deliver excellent and desirable alumni to the labour market as students develop themselves into leaders and managers of the future. Module International Entrepreneurship and Digital Innovation This module examines entrepreneurship, innovation, and digital transformation in an increasingly interconnected global economy. It explores entrepreneurial thinking and practice, including opportunity identification, market analysis, business model development, risk management, and resource mobilisation. Attention is given to the role of digital technologies in creating and sustaining organisational value. The module combines relevant theoretical perspectives with practical application through case studies, workshops, and business-focused exercises. It addresses the challenges and opportunities associated with innovation in both entrepreneurial ventures and established organisations. In addition, the ethical, social, cultural, and sustainability dimensions of entrepreneurship are considered, alongside issues of inclusive growth and responsible leadership. The overall aim is to develop entrepreneurial and innovative capabilities, deepen understanding of digital transformation, and provide the knowledge and skills required to enhance organisational competitiveness and support strategic adaptation in a rapidly changing business environment. Activities As a lecturer you can, entirely independently, convey your knowledge to students inspired by your expertise and experience in the International Entrepreneurship and Digital Innovation:

• Preparing and providing lessons
• Supervising the creation of professional products
• Assessing chance 1
• Assessing chance 2
• Asking questions from students with possible online contact moments.
• Various additional administrative tasks such as entering results.
• For the fulltime group. Results Carrying out teaching and assessment according to assignment*, with at least 80% of students giving an evaluation mark of at least 7.5 on content and presentation of the module. The deliverables by the student is an Individual Report and a Project Plan.
• within the frameworks of educational and assessment policies and regulations of University of Greenwich, the Course Handbook of the module, and any other relevant Saxion policies applicable in that academic year. Embedding Main feature of the education of the EMBA is making a connection with professional practice. This requires a short-term expert commitment that cannot be planned given the varying numbers of participants. Depending on the number of participants and the subject area, hiring external expertise may be necessary if this is not available within Saxion. In this case, hiring external expertise is necessary as the expertise is not available in Saxion. Desired skills and experience
• Contractor has demonstrable expertise in the field of International Entrepreneurship and Digital Innovation such as: Intellectual property rights (IPRs), International Markets Entry Strategies, Entrepreneurial Financing and E-commerce, Social Entrepreneurship and Innovation.
• You know current professional practice and have recent practical examples.
• You know how to convey knowledge enthusiastically.
• You have coaching skills to guide and inspire our students during their studies towards our professional field, both personally and professionally.
• You have a Master's degree.
• You have a Basic Examination Qualification (BKE) or are willing to obtain one (Saxion can facilitate this, costs to be borne by the contractor).
• A Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) may be part of the screening. Communication and reporting You will work entirely independently. A module owner within Saxion is available from the programme as a sparring partner and first point of contact.
