Role
You will be deployed in two areas:
Program: Sustainable Vital Teams
Runway: From start to professional competence
Sustainable Vital Teams Program
‘Sustainable and Vital Team’ is a developed program that we use amplifying and preventively, with the aim of increasing employability and productivity. In addition, we look together with teams and managers for a way to create a healthy and supportive work environment in which each team member can thrive. The program provides a guide for striving for a sustainably vital team and consists of a number of masterclasses. The content of this has been carefully composed, with attention to the individual and the team as a collective. The methodology used is aimed at stimulating the ‘constant dialogue’ that is so important within sustainable employability.
Role as a Vitality Coach
As a vitality coach, you will have to switch between multiple roles within this program: process facilitator, advisor, and knowledge transmitter. In addition to guiding teams, you are also deployed to guide and stimulate individual employees to take control for more energy, motivation, and resilience.
Runway: From Start to Professional Competence
The runway ‘from start to professional competence’ is for police officers who have recently completed police training. During this two-year trajectory, the recent graduate is offered a number of days on the theme of vitality. You provide workshops on both physical and mental resilience in this trajectory and facilitate conversations about this.
Some services have a different working method because they are organized differently.
Objective
The intended result is that the teams within the unit The Hague are sustainably strengthened through the DVT program. In addition, guiding the colleagues from start to professional competence and strengthening their professional resilience (mental/physical/moral).
Responsibilities
As a vitality coach you are able to:
Guide colleagues who want to work on their physical and mental health
Get the support request from the individual and team clear
Draw up a personal tailor-made plan
Set up intervention programs in collaboration with other vitality coaches, coordinator or network partners
Professionally and expertly draw up a progress report per team/client
Motivate, stimulate and support the teams and employees where necessary
Speak and give presentations/workshops in a convincing and inspiring way for groups
Support and advise both in group and individually
Apply innovation, creativity and flexibility in your work
Work within the set frameworks and take your space within them
Work constructively with other vitality coaches, the coordinator and network partners
Be willing to follow any additional training
Work with digital programs (ms teams, yellenge) to provide online workshops and/or webinars and coaching
With didactic skills, give workshops and/or guide/facilitate group processes
Omdat het proces verloopt via een aanbesteding is het belangrijk dat je een goede kans maakt om de opdracht te winnen. Bij een match starten we het offertetraject, bij twijfel laten we dit binnen 1 werkdag weten.
